MacDonald Applicators originated with its founder Richard “Dick” MacDonald in 1960s New Brunswick gradually expanding it’s horizons to other provinces and a shop facility next to the shipyard in Saint John through the 80’s and 90’s before 3 of his sons would take on the challenge of continuing to grow the company.

In the decades since, MacDonald Applicators has expanded into one of the largest industrial blasting and painting facilities in Canada. During this time the company’s field capabilities have grown proportionally, allowing us to successfully complete increasingly large and complex projects.

All these years and successful projects later, we’re proud to be growing with our customers and protecting their investments for years to come.
